Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Transferring tickets in breach of event organizer rules or applicable laws.
• Interfering with the security or functioning of the platform or attempting to access restricted areas.
• Impersonating others or submitting false information.

Orders, payments and refunds

Ticket orders are subject to availability. When you place an order, you authorize payment for the listed price and fees. We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions and do not store full payment card details except as permitted by law.

Refund and cancellation policies vary by event and organizer. Please review the event-specific terms at the time of purchase. Where refunds are allowed, they will be issued in accordance with those policies and applicable law.

Ticket delivery and entry

Delivery methods (e-tickets, mobile passes, or physical tickets) depend on the event. You are responsible for bringing valid tickets and identification as required by the venue. Event organizers control admission and event policies, and Abu Dhabi Seat Tickets is not responsible for entry denials due to venue or organizer rules.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Abu Dhabi Seat Tickets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abu Dhabi Seat Tickets disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will Abu Dhabi Seat Tickets, its officers, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

User content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, but by posting or submitting content you grant Abu Dhabi Seat Tickets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Termination and suspension
